Gray Baynes and Shew has been awared a certificate for their design of conservation works to refurbish a 15th century hall, part of Corpus Christi College known as Beam Hall, at an awards ceremony on Tuesday 03 November at St John's College.

The judges commented that it was a very good example of how to carry out a conservation project. The works were expertly undertaken by Kingerlee Ltd. The Quantity Surveyor was Hadland Manning and Bullock of Banbury and the Structural Engineer was AKSWard of Oxford
