gbs architects is very pleased to have been invited to join the team for the completion of phase 2 of a major project at the College involving a new Porters Lodge, Graduate Centre and accommodation. This £10m project is due for completion in September in time for the new academic year, a not insignificant challenge. The design team charged with this responsibility include Bidwells, Vector, Alan Baxter, Gleeds and ourselves, gbs architects. The main contractor is Bouygues UK which, along with a good team of subcontractors and suppliers, is responding to the challenge of completing the project on time.
