After a limited competition, St Peters college commissioned gray baynes and shew LLP in January 2016 , to carry out a set of surveys of the fabric of the College’s built assets.

These surveys take the form of a Quinquennial; an asset survey , and a Planned Preventative Maintenance exercise . this latter piece of work will help the College plan its building works across the next 5 year period, the work is being carried out by gbs’ Surveyors team , together with assistance from messrs Clancy who are providing service engineering sub consultancy duties .
