The role of a Clerk of Works can be vital to to certain clients to ensure works on site are finished on time and to the quality required. A Clerk of Works can be the day-to-day link between the contractor and the client, giving a client peace of mind that works are progressing satisfactorily and allowing the client to concentrate on their own workload. They also can be a link between us and the main contractor to ensure that quality of work, detail and specification are always maintained.
