Gray Baynes + Shew was approached by the owners of this Grade II listed Georgian terraced house in Central North Oxford to completely refurbish and re-organise the property internally, including the installation of a passenger lift. A new period conservatory was added to the rear, leading to a landscaped garden. A sophisticated, remotely-monitored building management system was installed for the ultimate in control and energy efficiency. The interior and the extension feature bespoke oak joinery throughout.
The result is an impressive, spacious family house, and on completion it prompted the owners of the neighbouring property to employ Gray Baynes + Shew to carry out a similar internal refurbishment of their home.
