Following an extensive consultation process, the League of Friends Cafe at the John Radcliffe Hospital was refurbished in both the servery and seating areas to provide a more contemporary environment for visitors and staff to enjoy. Glazed screens were incorporated into the design to enclose the space, whilst the servery counter was restyled to display a selection of hot and cold beverages.

The League of Friends commissioned a large graphic for the rear wall which depicts images, text and drawings highlighting the charity's work in the hospital for over 30 years.
