Wesley Memorial Church, Oxford
The existing Methodist Grade II listed church and the associated meeting hall are located in New Inn Hall Street in the centre of Oxford where the Methodist movement was founded in 1783. The fourth phase of works completed in Autumn 2021 saw a new top-lit Heritage Atrium with a structural glass entry porch constructed to provide better visibility from the street with improved access and facilities for the many community activities supported by the church.
The four-phase scheme has now been completed and works from previous phases have collectively provided a stair lift to the first floor, new meeting rooms, a full catering kitchen, and a refurbished main hall and John Wesley Room.
